Special Issue Issue Call for Papers: The body in the brain - Bodily representations, processes, and neural mechanisms

Cognitive Neuroscience aims to publish high quality empirical and theoretical papers on any topic in the field of cognitive neuroscience including, but not limited to: perception, attention, memory, language, action, decision-making, emotions, and social cognition.

The journal will fill an important niche in the market by publishing shorter papers (up to 4000 words) with fast reviewing and rapid online publication.  In addition, longer discussion papers will evaluate current hot topics in the field with critical analysis in the form of peer commentary (8000 word reviews, 800 word commentaries).

We aim to publish accepted (but uncorrected) Discussion papers and Short Report articles online within 7 days and in final form within 6 weeks.

There are no page charges and we are able to offer free color printing where color is necessary.

This exciting new journal will be an important focal point for researchers in this field.

See Cognitive Neuroscience's dedicated website for full submission, subscription and editorial information.
